Adding items to your cart does not reserve them. An order is only confirmed once payment is authorised and you receive an order confirmation email.

4.2 Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

4.3 Shipping Your Adventure Gear

We process orders within 1-2 business days from our warehouse at 87 McKillop Street, MOUNT COLE CREEK, AU 3377, Australia.

Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping (AUD $12.95): Via DHL or FedEx. Estimated delivery 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping: On orders over AUD $50 via EMS. Estimated delivery 15-25 business days after dispatch.

*Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to destination, customs, or carrier delays. We ship globally, excluding some Asian and remote regions.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Our “Make It Right” Promise

Your satisfaction is our priority. Our full Returns Policy is detailed on our website, but key terms include:

  • Return Window: 15 days from the delivery date.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Process: Contact [email protected] for a Return Authorization (RMA) before sending.
  • Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and approve the return.
  • Non-Returnable Items (unless defective): Bearings (if opened), Beanies, Hats, Swimwear/Boardshorts (if hygiene seal broken), customized items, and final sale goods.
  • Defective/Wrong Items: We cover all costs and expedite replacements. Contact us immediately with photos.
