This basically means that while no water is getting in from the outside, moisture that builds up on the inside of the jacket is allowed to escape through the fabric. This fabric has a subtle sheen. There are zippers under the pocket flaps and a zippered pocket at chest. The lift pass pocket has velcro closure. The beautiful faux fur collar is detachable.
