Where does STM ship from, and how long does delivery take?
All orders are handpicked and dispatched from our warehouse in Mount Cole Creek, Australia. Processing takes 1-2 business days. After that:
- 🚀 Standard Express Shipping (DHL/FedEx): $12.95 AUD flat rate. Delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch. Fully tracked.
- 🌏 Free Standard Shipping (EMS): Free on orders over $50 AUD. Delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch. Perfect for planned adventures.
Do you ship worldwide? Are there any restrictions?
Yes, we ship globally to connect our community of riders and explorers. However, delivery to select remote regions (including parts of Asia) may be restricted. Our checkout system will automatically confirm availability for your location.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Use it to follow your gear’s journey from our hub to your doorstep.

How do I update my account details or shipping address?
Log into your STM account and navigate to “Account Settings.” You can update your personal details, password, and saved addresses there. Please note: address changes cannot be made after an order has been dispatched.
